The VMIVME-2510B is a member of the VMIC mega module family, which features universal programming. The subsystem can be configured with consecutive I/O addresses to save memory. These products (VMIVME-1110, VMIVME-2120, VMIVME-2130, and VMIVME-2510B) are designed with two sets of board address switches to provide efficient memory address mapping for CSR and I/O addresses. The CSR address switches can be set so that all CSRs between the various boards in the system can be mapped to consecutive memory locations.The Mega module products also support 8-bit, 16-bit, and 32-bit data transfers.Specific hardware has been designed in the VMIVME-2510B to support built-in test functions.The VMIVME-2510B supports both offline and online fault detection and isolation.
