1.Stepper Motor Driver PQMII-T20

Performance Features:

Supports high subdivision,precise current control and EtherCAT protocol.

Applicable to a variety of motors,with low noise,high precision and overload protection.

Can drive 4-wire and 8-wire two-phase stepper motors.

The voltage input range is 20~50VDC,the maximum current is 4.2A,and the resolution is 0.1A.

The subdivision range is wide,from 6400 to 51200 ppr.

The signal input includes 1 differential input and 4 single-ended inputs,and the signal is compatible with 5~24V.

PQMII-T20

It has two digital outputs,which can be set as alarm,in-position or general output.

It has 16 equal-angle constant torque subdivisions,with a maximum resolution of 60,000 pulses/turn.

Using a unique control circuit,the maximum response frequency can reach 200Kpps.

When the step pulse exceeds 100ms,the coil current is automatically halved.

Photoelectrically isolated signal input/output,strong anti-interference ability.

The drive current is continuously adjustable from 0.5A/phase to 5.8A/phase.

Application:

Suitable for various types of three-phase hybrid stepper motors with an outer diameter of 42~86mm.

The internal circuit adopts a servo control principle to make the motor run smoothly at low speed,with almost no vibration and noise.

At high speed,the torque is much higher than that of two-phase and five-phase hybrid stepper motors.

2.Power Quality Detector PQMII-T20

Design Features:

Designed based on the latest industry specifications,it provides accurate and reliable three-phase power measurement.

With a variety of communication module options,such as Ethernet and fiber optic communication modules.

Encapsulated in a modern compact housing.

Function:

It can continuously monitor the three-phase system and provide a variety of metering functions,such as current,voltage,real power and reactive power,energy usage,power cost,power factor and frequency.

Equipped with programmable set points and four assignable output relays,control functions can be added for specific applications,such as current or voltage over/under,unbalance,demand-based load shedding and capacitor power factor correction control.

Features waveform capture and voltage disturbance recording.

Can be connected to a DCS or SCADA system,providing multiple communication ports,capable of providing data to multiple master devices(such as SCADA,DCS,BMS,etc.)at the same time.

Equipped with a keypad with a large 40-character display for easy operation.

Provides EnerVista software for setup and monitoring functions,supports flash upgrades,and is compatible with MultiNet serial Ethernet converters.
