　　The MVI56-PDPMV1 PROSOFT master station communication module is a type of communication module used for ControlLogix®The powerful communication interface of the processor.This module has been authorized for development and integrates patented backplane technology,enabling efficient data exchange with ControlLogix processors.This module supports the complete Profibus DP master station specifications and complies with the IEC 61158 standard.Non cyclic parameter data can be transmitted through the DPV1 service of category 1 or category 2,allowing the processor to easily communicate with slave devices that support the PROFIBUS DPV0/V1 protocol through this module.This module is considered as the input/output module of the system itself when completing protocol conversion and data transmission between the PROFIBUS network and the CompactLogix/MicroLogix processor.The data transmission of the processor is asynchronous with the I/O data transmission on the PROFIBUS network.
