The IS220PSVOH1B GE servo control module is a reliable and efficient solution for servo motor control. It provides precise control and positioning functions, suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. With its compact design and sturdy structure, this module can withstand harsh operating conditions.
IS220PSVOH1B is used as a servo control package. This component is manufactured by GE for its Mark VI or Mark VIe system. Both systems are used to control steam and gas turbine systems.
IS220PSVOH1B provides an electrical interface between one or two I/O Ethernet and TSVO servo terminal boards.IS220PSVOH1B uses the WSVO servo driver module to handle two servo valve position loops. The front panel of PSVO has multiple LED indicator lights. This includes four LEDs to indicate the status of two Ethernet networks(ENet1/Enet2),as well as one power and Attn LED,and two other LEDs labeled ENA1/2.There is also an infrared port on the front, which is not used in the package.
IS220PSVOH1B is configured using the Control System Toolbox application after installation. This kit includes a processor board with an input power connector, local power supply, and internal sensors for temperature monitoring. The motherboard also has onboard flash memory and RAM.The board is connected to the acquisition board.
IS220PSVOH1B can be automatically reconfigured during replacement. This option can be enabled/disabled through the component editor of the ToolboxST application. If necessary, the component editor also allows operators to manually reconfigure modules. After replacing the terminal board, the I/O package must be manually reconfigured.
Application field
The IS220PSVOH1B GE servo control module is mainly used in industrial automation systems and requires precise control of servo motors.
