The GE Fanuc IC698CHS117 RX7i I/O rack is specifically manufactured for the Rx7i PACsystem series.The IC698CHS117 rack is a wall mounted 18 slot I/O rack designed specifically for VME64 backplane systems and advanced power supplies.The bandwidth intensity of this I/O rack is four times higher than that of a standard VME backplane system,thus providing faster I/O throughput.The IC698CHS117 rack supports GE Fanuc Rx7i CPU,Rx7i I/O modules,series 90-70 I/O,and all standard VME modules.

The IC698CHS117 rack supports high-power Rx7i power supplies and Rx7i AC power plugins.Its power supply is rated at 350 watts,with a rated current of 4 amperes at-12 volts,12 amperes at 12 volts DC input,and 60 amperes at 5.0 volts DC input.The IC698CHS117 rack has 18 I/O slots,supporting up to 15 single width I/O modules(excluding any double width modules),8 double width modules,or a combination of double width and single width modules.The slot numbers for the IC698CHS117 module are 1 to 18,with an average slot width of 0.8 inches.Slot 1 is always reserved for the CPU.The dual width RX7i CPU with embedded Ethernet card uses slots 1 and 2.Slot 0 with a width of 2.6 inches is used for power modules.
