GE Fanuc IC697CPX928-FE is a series 90-70 central processing unit(CPU)module.This CPU has 6MB of battery powered memory and 256KB of non-volatile user flash memory,with a processor speed of 96MHz and a typical scan rate of 0.4µs for each Boolean function.This processor has one(1)RS232 serial port,two(2)RS485 serial ports,and one(1)factory reset port.
The GE Fanuc series 90-70 module of IC697CPX928-FE is a central processing unit(CPU)primarily used to execute user programs downloaded into CPU memory.The CPU module is a single slot chassis equipped with an 80486DX4 microprocessor,with a speed of 96 MHz and an execution time of 0.4µs for each Boolean function.This module is equipped with 6MB battery backup RAM onboard memory and 256KB non-volatile user flash memory,which also stores CPU firmware.
IC697CPX928-FE can handle up to 12K of any combination of inputs and outputs,as well as up to 8K of analog inputs and outputs.It supports 32-bit floating-point data.
IC697CPX928-FE is configured using programming software.It does not have jumper terminals or DIP switches for hardware parameter settings.Application software is programmed through Ethernet TCP/IP or SNP ports using MS-DOS software products or Windows based software products running on Windows 95 or Windows NT.
This controller is specifically equipped with seven(7)status LEDs,a lithium battery for retaining random access memory(RAM)content,and one(1)RS232 serial port,two(2)communication ports RS485 serial port,and one(1)factory reset port.
