The IC695CRU320 is particularly suitable for redundant or hot standby configurations.With this controller configuration,availability is significantly increased.
With two controller racks,the primary(active)and secondary(standby)racks have similar configuration capabilities.When a single rack fails,active controller responsibility is automatically transferred to the secondary(standby)rack or can be switched manually.
Controller switching is performed in a maximum of 1 logical scan,with a minimum switching time of 3.133 ms.
Processor performance:
Powered by Celeron M processor with 1GHz processing speed and 64MB user memory.
Supports up to IC695RMX128/228 simultaneous links and is capable of transmitting up to 2MB of data.
Memory and Storage:
Program storage is up to 64MB of battery-backed memory and 64MB of non-volatile flash user memory.
Up to 512 program blocks can be saved,and the size of each program block can be up to 128KB.
Communication capabilities:
There are two integrated serial ports on the module,supporting RS-232 and RS-485 communication respectively.
Supports protocols such as Modbus RTU slave.
Ethernet communications are supported via rack-based Ethernet communications modules.
