III.Protection and control functions

Thermal model bias:

With thermal resistors and negative sequence current feedback,it can more accurately reflect the thermal load of the motor.

Stator winding and bearing overtemperature protection:

Monitor the temperature of the stator winding and bearing,and trigger the protection action when the temperature exceeds the set value.

Motor multiple start protection:

Monitor the number and start time of the motor to prevent the motor from being damaged due to frequent starts.

Overload protection:

Provide 8 standard overload curves and user-defined overload FlexCurve™curves,and you can select the appropriate overload protection curve according to the actual situation of the motor.

Unbalanced/single-phase protection:

Monitor the voltage imbalance of the power supply,and trigger the protection action when the imbalance exceeds the set value.

Short circuit and ground fault protection:

Monitor the short circuit and ground fault of the motor,and take timely measures to prevent the fault from expanding.

Reverse phase protection(instrument option):

Monitor the phase sequence of the power supply,and trigger the protection action when the phase sequence is wrong.
