I.Main functions and features

Dual channel design:A6500-UM universal measurement card is equipped with 2 sensor input channels,which can be used independently or in combination,depending on the selected measurement mode.

Multiple sensor compatibility:The card works with a variety of common sensors,including eddy current,piezoelectric(accelerometer or velocimeter),seismic(electrodynamic),LF(low frequency bearing vibration),Hall effect and LVDT(combined with A6500-LC)sensors,etc.

Digital input and output:In addition to sensor input,the card also contains 5 digital inputs and 6 digital outputs to meet various monitoring and control needs.

Communication and data transmission:The measurement signal is transmitted to the A6500-CC Com card via the internal RS 485 bus and converted to Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP/IP protocols for further transmission to the host or analysis system.In addition,the Com card can also communicate with a PC/laptop via the USB interface on the panel to configure the card and display the measurement results.

Analog output:The measurement results can be output through 0/4-20 mA analog outputs,which have a common ground and are electrically isolated from the system power supply.

Cabinet space optimization:The A6500-UM universal measurement card adopts a dual-channel,3U size,1-slot plug-in module design,which reduces the cabinet space requirement by half compared with the traditional four-channel 6U card.

API 670 compliance:This product complies with API 670 standards and can hot-swappable modules,which is convenient for users to maintain and replace.

Self-test function:The A6500-UM universal measurement card has a self-test function,including monitoring hardware,power input,hardware temperature,sensors and cables,etc.,to ensure the stability and reliability of the system.
