The National Instruments cFP-AI-111 16-channel analog Current input module is a 16-channel input module for direct measurement of milliampere-current signals from a variety of sensors and converters.Designed to increase productivity and reliability from top to bottom,the NI cFP-AI-111 provides filtered low-noise analog inputs with 16-bit resolution and features overrange,HotPnP(plug and play)operation and onboard diagnostics to ensure trouble-free installation and maintenance.The cFP-AI-111 module comes with a NIST traceable calibration certificate to ensure accurate and reliable analog measurements.

Designed for FieldPoint and Compact FieldPoint,the NI cFP-AI-111(Part number:777318-111)is a 16-channel,16-bit analog input module.The channels on this model are single-ended analog input channels.Its input impedance is 100Ω.The model also has three filter Settings:50 Hz,60 Hz,and 500 Hz,and three input ranges:±20 mA,4 mA to 20 mA,and 0mA to 20 mA.In addition,the device has an update rate of 3 Hz to 0.83 Hz.The NI cFP-AI-111 provides integrated overvoltage protection for transients up to 2,300 Vrms.The analog input module can be installed on an operational and powered Compact FieldPoint backplane,as it does not interrupt the continuous operation of the bank.

The 16 input channels on the NI cFP-AI-111 module share a common isolation ground reference.These input channels operate under integrated overcurrent protection set to±30 mA.In current measurement,the current entering the Iin terminal is considered positive,while the current leaving the terminal(Iin)is considered negative.The analog input module
