Channel Function:Users can configure channels 1 to 4 to accept inputs from acceleration,velocity,or displacement sensors.The channel type defines the processing function applied to the input signal and the type of variable or measurement value derived from the input.In addition,the acceleration channel type and reciprocating acceleration channel type support two-wire and three-wire accelerometers,and can continuously process multiple variables for each channel,such as vibration,bias voltage,etc.

3.Output and Communication

Output Configuration:1900/65A provides six relay outputs,four 4-20mA recorder outputs and one dedicated buffer output.Users can use the 1900 configuration software to configure relay contacts to open or close based on the determination,alarm and dangerous status of any channel or channel combination,and provide data from any variable of any channel on any recorder output.

Communication Interface:The monitor supports Modbus communication,and data transmission is carried out through Ethernet and software-configurable RS232/485 serial ports.The Modbus gateway option allows the monitor to provide static variables,status,event lists,time and date information directly to any Modbus client,including distributed control systems(DCS),supervisory control and data acquisition systems(SCADA),programmable logic controllers(PLC),etc.

Display and keyboard:Supports optional display/keyboard components for viewing channel information or making minor configuration changes.This allows the 1900/65A to operate as a stand-alone software package.The display can be installed up to 75 meters(250 feet)away from the monitoring module.
