Supports the predetermined communication rate in the standard specification.

Supports manual setting of all standard rates or rate adaptation(consistent rates for all electrical interfaces)by using a DIP switch.

Equipped with 6 dual-color LED status indicators and power failure relay output alarm.

With 4000V lightning protection,1.5A overcurrent,and 600W surge protection functions,it ensures the stable operation of the equipment in an industrial environment.

Adopts DC9-36V wide redundant dual power supply design,with DC1500V power isolation and reverse connection protection functions,improving the reliability and safety of the equipment.

IV.Function setting and adjustment

Gain(GAIN)adjustment:By increasing the setting of the gain potentiometer,a faster transient response can be provided.For the best response,it is necessary to slowly increase the gain(turn the potentiometer clockwise)until the voltage on the voltmeter decreases slightly and the meter reading stabilizes.

RESET ADJUSTMENT:When the DSMB-01C potentiometer is in the lower part of its adjustment(0 to 3 on the potentiometer scale),it may be necessary to increase RESET clockwise.Maintain stable operation and if the prime mover is slower to return to proper speed,decrease RESET.

ACTUATOR COMPENSATION ADJUSTMENT:If slow periodic instability persists after the initial pre-start setup,increase the actuator compensation slightly(turn the potentiometer clockwise)and repeat the GAIN and RESET adjustments.Continue to increase the actuator compensation and readjust the GAIN and RESET until stability is achieved.
