Description

Use Anybus Configuration Manager software with flexible serial frame building capabilities to quickly configure the gateway for serial device to PLC data transfer in minutes.

– Ability to convert almost any type of serial protocol, such as Modbus RTU, ASCII, DF1 or user-defined specialized request/response or producer/consumer protocols.

– Predefined Modbus RTU configuration wizard, which allows the user to quickly and easily configure the gateway to communicate with the serial devices in just 6 steps, without any changes to the connected devices.

– The gateway automatically performs the complete protocol conversion according to the configuration information, and the PLC side only needs to configure the hardware to obtain the device data without additional programming work.

– Passes current PROFIBUS specification conformance tests and is fully compatible with PLCs from leading manufacturers such as Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider Electric and others.

– Simple store/load functionality allows complete configurations to be reused in many other installations, and password protection prevents unauthorized configuration uploads and downloads.

– RS232/422/485 serial side supports connection of up to 31 slaves with up to 512 bytes of input data and 512 bytes of output data.

– Maximum 244 bytes of input data and 244 bytes of output data on the PROFIBUS network side – total 416 bytes of data length
