Description

A-B 1747-L553PLC control system line has power line, input/output line, power line and ground line, improper wiring will cause electromagnetic induction and electrostatic induction and other interference, so must be in accordance with the specific requirements of the wiring. The power cable is a high-voltage and high-current line, and the wiring of the PLC system will be interfered when it is near, so the input/output line of the PLC should be separated from other control lines when wiring, and do not share a cable. The switching signal line and the analog signal line should also be routed separately, and the latter should use a shielded line, and the shielding layer should be grounded. The digital transmission line should also be shielded, and the shielding layer should be grounded. When external wiring, control cables, power cables, and input/output lines should be separated and routed separately, and generally a distance of more than 30cm should be maintained between each other. When the actual situation can only allow wiring in the same slot, use a metal plate to separate and shield the control cable, power cable, input/output line, and the metal plate must also be grounded. The power cable at the secondary side of the isolation transformer must be a copper core polyvinyl chloride insulated twisted-pair cord with more than 2mm2. The power lines, input/output lines and power lines treated in this way can reduce external magnetic fields and interference between each other.
