Description
Product Description
The 9907-164 WOODWARD digital microprocessor controller is used for steam turbines with single or split distance drives.
feature
With precise control performance,it can monitor and adjust the speed in real time;
Has multiple control functions,including speed control,load control,etc;
Equipped with multiple input and output interfaces,it can be integrated with other control systems;
Support communication interfaces to facilitate data exchange with other devices or systems.
9907-164 is part of the 505 and 505E microprocessor control units.These control modules are specifically designed for operating steam turbines,as well as turbine generator and turbine expander modules.
The design of the 9907-164 unit is to control the steam turbine by operating a single extraction and/or inlet turbine.It utilizes a staged driver of the turbine,one or both,to drive the steam from the inlet valve.
This unit,like any of the 505 Governor’s modules,can be configured by on-site operators on site.Menu driven software is integrated from the operator control panel to the front of the unit for control and modification.The panel displays two lines of text,each containing 24 characters.
The 9907-164 is equipped with a range of discrete and analog inputs:16 contact inputs(including 4 dedicated and 12 programmable),followed by 6 programmable current inputs(4-20mA).The standard functions in 9907-164 include critical speed avoidance,valve limiters,automatic start sequence,and first out indicator for closing.
application area
The 9907-164 WOODWARD digital microprocessor controller is widely used in power plants,oil and gas industries,aviation engines,manufacturing and other fields.
