The 5501-467 Woodward MicroNet Simplex power board is a single channel power board used to power all modules of the Woodward MicroNet digital control system.The module has high reliability,a wide input voltage range,and features overcurrent,overvoltage,and over temperature protection.
This module adopts a modular design,which is easy to install and maintain.There are two LED indicators on the front panel of the module,which are used to indicate the power status and fault status of the module.There are 2 connectors on the back panel of the module,which are used to connect power cables and other modules.
The input voltage of Woodward MicroNet Simplex power board 5501-467 is 220 VAC/VDC.This model is considered high voltage.The boards 5501-467 can be used in MicroNet Plus or MicroNet Simplex chassis.
The working input voltage of the Woodward 5501-467 Simplex power board is 220 volts AC or DC.This board can be inserted into MicroNet Simplex or MicroNet Plus chassis,but can only run in simplex systems.A key feature of this board is that when located in the MicroNet Simplex chassis,both AC and DC power are considered high voltage.
When used in Plus and Simplex chassis,there are specifications for AC and DC power.There is a difference in AC power between the Simplex chassis and the Plus chassis,for example,the maximum input power in the Plus chassis is 1250 VA,while the maximum input power in the Simplex chassis is 1062 VA.The maximum input current for the two types of AC power is also different,with a single box current of 5.9 A and a+box current of 6.7 A.
The front panel of the 5501-467 board has four LED indicators for power health,which are OK LED,input fault,power fault,and over temperature fault.The power failure LED is used to indicate that one of the four power converters on the board is turned off.You can check for a short circuit and remove it to try starting normal operation again.If the short circuit has been removed but the circuit board has not started normal operation,the power supply must be replaced.
The 5501-467 board has specific wiring requirements,and the wiring size of this module is fourteen US wire gauge or two and a half square millimeters.Please note that the rated temperature of the wire must be 60 degrees Celsius.
