Product Description:
The 3500/70M reciprocating pulse speed monitor is a four channel module used to monitor the speed of reciprocating machinery.The module receives pulse signals from the speed sensor,performs filtering,counting,digitization,and other processing,and then outputs the digital signals to the monitoring module in the 3500 rack.When the speed exceeds the set value or the speed change rate exceeds the set value,the module will issue an alarm signal and can trigger protection actions,such as disconnecting the power or parking.
The 3500/70M reciprocating pulse velocity monitor is a 4-channel device used as part of the reciprocating compressor solution package to monitor compressor crankcase and crosshead vibration.The monitor receives input from the seismic transmitter,adjusts the signal to obtain vibration measurement values,and compares the adjusted signal with user programmable alarms.
You can use 3500 rack configuration software to program each channel to perform the following functions:
Pulse acceleration
Acceleration 2
Reciprocating speed
Low frequency reciprocating speed
The monitor channels are programmed in pairs and can perform up to two of the above functions at a time.For example,channels 1 and 2 can perform one function,while channels 3 and 4 perform another or the same function.
The main purpose of the 3500/70M reciprocating pulse speed monitor is to provide the following functions:
Drive alarms by continuously comparing monitored parameters and configured alarm setpoints,thereby providing mechanical protection for reciprocating compressors.

According to the configuration,each channel typically adjusts its input signal to generate various parameterized static values.You can configure alert setpoints for each activity static value and set danger setpoints for any two activity static values.
This module adopts a modular design,which is easy to install and maintain.Four LED indicators on the front panel of the module are used to indicate the signal status of each channel.There are two connectors on the back panel of the module for connecting the speed sensor and monitor module.
