　　Product Description:

　　The 3500/62 Process Variable Monitor is a six channel module used to monitor process variables.The module receives input signals from current,voltage,or resistance sensors,performs filtering,amplification,digitization,and other processing,and then outputs the digital signals to the monitor module in the 3500 rack.When the process variable exceeds the set value,the module will issue an alarm signal and can trigger protection actions,such as disconnecting the power or parking.

　　The 3500/62 process variable monitor is a 6-channel monitor used to process critical machine parameters such as pressure,flow,temperature,and liquid level that require continuous monitoring.The monitor accepts any proportional voltage input between+4 to+20 milliampere current or-10Vdc to+10 Vdc.It adjusts these signals and compares the adjusted signals with user programmable alarm points.

　　3500/62 monitor:

　　Continuously compare monitored parameters and configured alarm set points to drive mechanical protection alarms.

　　Provide important mechanical information for operation and maintenance personnel.

　　You can program 3500/62 using 3500 rack configuration software to perform current or voltage measurements.3500/62 provides input/output modules for three signal input scenarios:+/-10V DC,isolated 4-20mA,or 4-20mA with intrinsic safety Zener barriers.Internal Barrier I/O provides an external power input terminal to provide intrinsically safe power supply for 4-20 mA sensors

　　When used in a three module redundant(TMR)configuration,the process variable monitors must be installed adjacent to each other in groups of three.When used in this configuration,the monitor adopts two types of voting to ensure accurate operation and avoid losing machine protection due to a single point of failure.

　　This module adopts a modular design,which is easy to install and maintain.Six LED indicators on the front panel of the module are used to indicate the signal status of each channel.There are two connectors on the back panel of the module for connecting sensors and monitor modules.
