The 1900/65A Bently Universal Device Monitor is a 4-channel universal device monitor used to monitor and analyze device health.This monitor can support multiple sensors,has high measurement accuracy,and provides 4-20 mA analog output and alarm relay output.The monitor also has an LCD display screen that can display measured values and alarm status.
The 1900/65A universal device monitor is designed to continuously monitor and protect devices used in various applications and industries.The low cost of monitors makes them an ideal solution for general-purpose machines and processes that can benefit from continuous monitoring and protection.
Input
The 1900/65A provides four sensor inputs and four temperature inputs.The software can configure each sensor input to support 2-wire and 3-wire accelerometers,velocity sensors,or proximity sensors.Each temperature input supports E,J,K,and T type thermocouples as well as 2-wire or 3-wire RTDs.
Output
The 1900/65A provides six relay outputs,four 4-20 mA recorder outputs,and dedicated buffered outputs.Users can use the 1900 configuration software to configure relay contacts,turn them on or off based on the OK,Alert,and Danger states of any channel or channel combination,and provide data for any variable from any channel on any recorder output.The dedicated buffer output can provide a signal for each transducer input.
The Modbus gateway option allows the monitor to directly provide static variables,status,event lists,time and date information to any Modbus client,including distributed control systems(DCS),monitoring and data acquisition(SCADA)systems,programmable logic controllers(PLC),or system 1.Software monitors use internal counters and Modbus client/master time references to generate time and date information.1900/65A supports Modbus communication through Ethernet and RS232/485 serial ports with configurable software.
Configuration
Users define monitor operations and Modbus gateway register mapping by using software running on laptops or PCs to create configuration files,and download the files to the monitor through a built-in Ethernet connection.1900/65A permanently stores configuration information in non-volatile memory and can upload this information to a PC for modification.
Display module
The 1900/65A supports optional displays/keyboards for viewing channel information or making minor configuration changes.This allows 1900/65A to run as a separate software package.If necessary,users can install the monitor 75 meters(250 feet)away from the monitor module.
The 1900/65A Bently Universal Equipment Monitor adopts a modular design for easy installation.The front panel of the monitor is equipped with an LCD display screen,which is used to display measured values and alarm status.
