About 1794-IT8
The 1794-IT8 is Flex I/O analog input module. Specifically, this is a Thermocouple and millivolt input module. It comes with Eight (8) analog input channels, compatible for direct interfacing with Thermocouple sensors such as J, K, E, R, N, S, B, C, T and L and millivolt range of +/-76.5m.
The 1794-IT8 is compatible with any available Flex I/O communication adapter.
This module is a compatible on being operated in Temperature application ranges such as 300 to 1800oC (572 to 3272oF) using Type B Thermocouple; 0 to 2315oC (32 to 4199oF) Type C;–230 to 1000oC (–382 to 1832oF) Type E; –195 to 1200oC (–319 to 2192oF) Type J; –230 to 1372oC (–382 to 2502oF) type K; –270 to 1300oC (–450 to 2372oF) Type N; –50 to 1768oC (–58 to 3214oF) Type R; –50 to 1768oC (–58 to 3214oF) Type S; –195 to 400oC (–319 to 752oF) type T; –175 to 800oC (–283 to 1472oF) type L. Milivolt input signals are practically used with transducers and other instruments that produce non-standard signals. Data exchange with the 1794-IT8 Thermocouple input module is configured using the block transfer operation.
