I.Product Overview

Bently 3500/45 is a four-channel monitor that can accept input signals from proximity sensors,rotary position sensors(RPTs),DC linear variable differential transformers(DC LVDTs),AC linear variable differential transformers(AC LVDTs),and rotary potentiometers.These input signals are conditioned and compared with user-programmable alarms to provide mechanical protection and important information to operators and maintenance personnel.

2.Main Features

Versatility:

Bently 3500/45 can perform a variety of functions,including differential expansion,compensated input differential expansion,housing expansion(CH3,CH4 only),axial(thrust)position,differential expansion(standard single slope,non-standard single slope,dual slope,complementary differential expansion),etc.

Monitor channels are programmed in pairs,and can complete up to two of the above functions at a time.Channels 1 and 2 can complete one function,while channels 3 and 4 can achieve another(or the same)function.However,only channels 3 and 4 can achieve housing expansion monitoring.

High reliability:

Made with high-quality materials and processes to ensure long-term stable operation.

Provide mechanical safety protection by driving alarms by continuously comparing monitoring parameters with alarm set values.

Easy to program and maintain:
