3.Scope of application

DEA Products A6220 is suitable for various molds,including aluminum,magnesium,zinc and steel molds,as well as various rubber materials(except silicone rubber)and EVA materials.It is particularly suitable for products with high requirements for demolding performance,such as pure rubber parts.

4.Usage

Before use,carefully clean the mold with a mold cleaner to remove the residual release agent or other impurities on the mold.

Spray DEA Products A6220 evenly on the mold surface.When spraying,keep a certain distance between the nozzle and the mold(such as 10~25 cm)to ensure uniform and appropriate spraying.

After spraying,heat the mold to a certain temperature(such as 93℃or vulcanization temperature,choose the higher one)to increase the number and effect of demolding.

During the production process,spray DEA Products A6220 as needed to avoid excessive accumulation of release agent on the mold.
