Product Description:
The 4073 temperature converter is a 2-wire converter used to convert the temperature signal of a self thermistor or thermistor into a standard 4-20 mA current signal.The module receives temperature signals from thermistors or thermistors,performs filtering,amplification,linearization and other processing,and then outputs the converted 4-20 mA current signal to the control system or other equipment.
MTL4073 converts low-level DC signals from temperature sensors installed in hazardous areas into 4/20mA currents for driving safe zone loads.The optional software features include eight types of thermocouples,including linearization,ranging,monitoring,testing,and labeling,as well as 2-wire,3-wire,and 4-wire RTDs.For THC inputs that require cold function compensation,SCJ01 hazardous area connectors(equipped with integrated CJC sensors)should be used.Use a personal computer for configuration.
This module adopts a modular design,which is easy to install and maintain.There are two LED indicators on the front panel of the module,which are used to indicate the power status and output signal status.There are two wiring terminals on the back panel of the module,which are used to connect thermistors or thermistors to control systems or other devices.
