IC698PSA100 is a power module that is part of the PAKS system RX7I platform.It is currently under the Emerson automation system and was previously produced by General Electric Intelligent Platform(GEIP).This power supply is installed on an RX7I universal backplane.Its input voltage range is 85-264VAV47-63 Hz and 100-150VDC,with a maximum input power of 125 watts and a typical and maximum power of 150 watts.Its output power is 100 watts,maximum,and all three(3)outputs,such as 5 VDC,12VDC,and-12VDC,have output currents of 0-20 amperes,0-2 amperes,and 0-1 amperes,respectively.
IC698PSA100 is a PAC system RX7I power module that is installed in the leftmost slot of any RX7I standard rack,especially slot 0.It is equipped with screw type input terminals designed for input voltages ranging from 85 to 264VAC(120/240VAC),with frequencies ranging from 47 to 63 Hz and 100 to 150VDC(nominal voltage of 125VDC).External power connections must use Special Working Group No.16(1.3M2)solid or stranded copper wire with an insulation grade of 75°C(167°F).For grounding,use#12(3.3 square meters)copper wire with an insulation level of 75°C(167°F).Properly terminating nonlinear connections can significantly eliminate system noise
IC698PSA100 provides a maximum output power of 100 watts,which is the total output power of all three(3)output terminals.These terminals provide 4.975 to 5.25 volts,0-20 amperes,5.1VDC,nominal;11.64 to 12.6%voltage,0-2 amperes,+12VDC,nominal and 12.60 to 11.64 volts,0-1 amperes,-12VDC,nominal.This power module has a travel time of 15 milliseconds,a minimum dwell time of 5 milliseconds,and a minimum dwell time.It also provides active overvoltage and overcurrent protection,especially 5.7 to 6.7 volts overvoltage protection at+5VDC;21a at+5VDC output;2.5a voltage overvoltage protection at+12VDC output and 3.5a voltage overvoltage protection at-12VDC output.
The operating temperature of this power module is 0-60℃(32-140℃),and the isolation level is 1500VDC.

The IC698PSA100 power module is equipped with a switch located at the front of the power supply.It helps to enable or disable output channels and does not interfere with AC line inputs.There are LED indicators in the power module that remind operators to pay attention to different things.LED is a field capable,output capable,and temperature exceeding LED.The power factor of the IC698PSA100 power module is 0.99 minutes.The isolation in the module is 1500 volts DC.The power supply also provides a 15 millisecond loop,which does not affect the DC output.When the DC output drops,the pause time is 5 milliseconds.The IC698psa100 power module requires an operating temperature range of 0 to 60 degrees Celsius.This module has been certified and can run in Class 1 and Class 2 environments.
